I love healthy snacks for a few reasons: they’re healthy, tasty and you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to prepare it.
Ingredients
[1 glass = 250ml]
1,5 glass flour
3 tbsp cane sugar
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, salt
1 glass shredded carrots
1/4 glass oil
1/2 glass plant-based milk
favourite dry fruits, nuts & seeds
Cacao bits
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 190°.
Put all the dry ingredients into a bowl (flour + sugar + baking powder + spices) and mix together with a spoon.
Add all “moist” ingredients (carrots + oil + milk). Mix well until combined.
Favourite dry fruits, nuts & seeds. Sprinkle with Cacao bits.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls 2 cm apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake until lightly browned, 20-25 minutes.
Leave 10min to cool down.
