We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange a product. However, please note that once the original packaging has been opened, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except where required by UK law.

2.1 UK Law on Returns and Cancellations:

Under UK law, consumers have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of goods within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, this right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been opened and are no longer in their original sealed packaging, as these goods are considered to be perishable. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for opened products.

2.2 Return/Exchange Procedure:

If you receive sealed goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you with the return or exchange process. In such cases, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

2.3 Refunds:

Refunds for sealed goods will be fully covered in cases of damaged or faulty packages.

However, please note that the cost of shipping, including the initial shipment and the cost of returning the item, will not be refunded in cases where the return is due to reasons such as misplacement by the buyer or personal preference (e.g., not liking the product).

The cost of returning the goods in these cases will be borne by the buyer.

3.1 Delivery Times:

Our standard delivery service takes up to 3 working days for delivery within the United Kingdom. Please note that our courier, Yodel, does not operate on weekends. Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched after the weekend.

3.2 Tracking Numbers:

Upon processing your order, we will send a tracking number to the email address provided during checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

3.3 Responsibility for Delivery Details:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their delivery address, phone number, and email address provided during checkout are accurate and up to date. PLUSCACAO LTD will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by incorrect or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

3.4 Courier Delays:

PLUSCACAO LTD will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including delays resulting from the courier’s side. While we strive to meet our delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.
