Healthy Cacao and Nut 'Porridge' (Keto Version)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of millet or quinoa
2 tablespoons of chopped Cacao
1 cup of unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1 tablespoon of unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon of erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener (if you’re not on keto, you can use honey)
How to prepare
Cooking the porridge:
Before cooking the porridge, rinse it thoroughly in cold water.
In a saucepan, bring a cup of plant-based milk to a boil.
Add the porridge and cook covered over low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the water is absorbed and the porridge is tender.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the chopped Cacao.
