Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Servings: 30 cookies

A mixer or food processor will be helpful in preparation.

  • 50g unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 50g chopped Cacao
  • 100g unsalted butter, softened, cut into pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 50g peanut butter
  • 50g sugar
  • 175g rolled oats, old-fashioned or quick-cooking
  • 80g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Ani-Masaki

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Chop peanuts and Cacao into small pieces, then set them aside in a separate bowl.

  3. In another bowl, place softened butter, add egg, peanut butter, and sugar. Mix using a mixer until the ingredients are well combined.

  4. Add rolled oats, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix again. Ensure that the ingredients are well combined, and if needed, knead with hand.

  5. Add the previously prepared peanuts and Cacao to the dough. Knead the dough by hand again.

  6. Shape the dough into balls with a diameter of 3 cm in your hands. Place them on the previously prepared baking sheet, flatten to a thickness of 1 cm, keeping a distance of 3-4 cm between each cookie.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C. Carefully transfer the baked cookies to a rack and let them cool for at least 30 minutes.

  8. Ready! Enjoy!
